3T/4T - Chest: 22", Shoulder: 8.5", Sleeve: 12.5" and Length: 28"

5T/6 - Chest: 23", Shoulder: 9", Sleeve: 13.5" and Length: 30"

7/8 - Chest: 24", Shoulder: 9.5", Sleeve: 14" and Length: 32" (tea length)

8/10 - Chest: 25", Shoulder: 10", Sleeve: 15" and Length: 34" (tea length)

The 8/10 size may fit up to a 13 year old, check the measurements before ordering.
